Albatross, YA are a ruthless Hedge fund out of New York, no one disputes this. Just as a credit card company ruthlessly enforces all the little amounts owed by debtors YA will do the same. LYC is fully aware of this.
Just like using a credit card can be useful and a wise move LYC should be very careful in using the moneys available from YA.
