I'm already out of this mess and would never, ever, ever again invest in any company where the name "Doutch" is involved. I just warn others not to get involved. Regarding voting them out, I think ASIC should get involved. Even the board structure is questionable. There is no review mechanism for decision making and award of contracts. It's just a self licking ice cream enabling the "family" to earn a good income off others and their mismanagement. At the last AGM they brought some bikies along for protection. Gives you an idea of who/what your dealing with.
