as far as the idea that they couldn't get alternative finance goes, iv'e said before that they could probably get backers without walking to far from their syney offices, and when they say directors are putting up $600,000, on the terms mentioned, they would not have any trouble getting an extra $600,000 on those terms (i would be in it if i had the money).

but for now that is all they need and they dont want to be giving away shares at 1.6c...i suspect the next capital raise will be for all and sundry but at a much higher price.
