Totally agree. It’s a shame we all can’t do deals this good.
I’m wondering if I’m reading this right. As well as the possible 60 million shares. Just for providing the facility
they also get 12.5 million options. On the last page
Facility agreement summary.
lenders issued 10 million options and 100 for every dollar drawn down after the first 50k. If fully drawn down
600k then it would be another 55 million options.
Not forgetting the 10 interest and if shareholders don’t like the deal then they get 50k for the inconvenience. I only hope REZ can now start trying to create some shareholder value as well.
