AZI might have one of the best management teams out of any small cap imo
Plenty of runs on the board in previous roles and they have also pumped a lot of their own cash into the company.
MD Geraint Harris ex ADT CEO when they were the best performing IPO of 2018. The share price went from 20c-$1.15c during his tenure. Harris currently holds 72 million shares.
Alexander Burns took Sphere minerals from shell to 500 mill takeover in 2010. He also invested 6 million of his own cash into the company around 2.5-3.5c
