Any one who brought during 2017, should have a claim. They failed to update the market of various wind up applications .
Suggest some enquiries with some solicitor firms who specializes in class actions.
Possible this may give some return of shareholders capital. Hopefully they paid their insurance.
Unfortunately ASIC only gets involved once company goes under. Also may be worth making enquiries if any claim could be made against ASX. They should have some responsibility to ensure companies are solvent. They were well informed about my concern for retail investors. If they allowed the company to be relisted. Various credit reports were supplied to support my concerns.
