for mine paying down the debt first is the priority if you want a rerate , especially with rates on a rapid rise over this year . That’s the first step , to derisk the cash flows , normally loans also will prevent buybacks as well in the loan conditions , a banker won’t want money siphoned back to shareholders while they are carrying the can. Then you would want to establish at least a base line dividend , especially with a low available asx float that this stock has as that attracts a different investor to the register , then consider buybacks .
