IMO it is just the reality of the resource...
1200 t x $118,000 = $146,100,000
Sure its sulfide and better processing but on the other hand it is in the middle of nowhere, it floods for 4 months of the years and the cap ex to extract it weighs it down... more tonnes needed. I will keep watching and jump in if more tonnes are found. It is better then laterite plays in that regards.
FWIW Look at the problems its neighbour Redbank had... huge environmental legacy issue. AMD.... reglatory issues... N27 need to do their homework before they jump in too far.
