USD $75m from stanwell = $115m AUD + same from ABL facility = $230m AUD CASH vs mkt cap of $260m......insane. this doesnt include other cash balances already on hand etc
EV of ~$700m? insane. $500m usd or $770m AUD will have been ploughed into capex in FY24 (already spent) & FY25 (~$80m usd to go) alone.
those t/o offers are taking their jolly time arent they?? bit difficult given theyll have to start at 5-7 times the current SP....
