"What it does do is (if you are willing to wait until 2027) then there should be a big improvement in performance. " - I don't think you need to wait until 2027. When the broader market starts to believe that CRN can make it to 2027, then the stock will re-rate and price that in ahead of 2027.
Unfortunately, there has been some big institutional selling recently, and being kicked out of the ASX200 means less coverage and probably exclusion from some fund mandates, but the company is significantly improving its position and it is only a matter of time before the market picks up on it.
There's a few more catalysts that can further drive up the share price as well. If the rumour about interest from New Hope is true, then that might well and truly remove any doubt remaining.
