    So I spoke to someone from APN today.
    He said that the number of shares we have are the same. The special dividend and capital return have franking credits attached which we will get come tax time if applicable.

    The major benefit of having the stapled shares are we are now exposed to the direct investments made by APD and still maintain the management fees from their managed funds.

    Overall, not much has changed.
