I'm expecting the next news is 'oversubscribed' offering.
I do know ASX companies are not required to provide quarterly reports to investors.
Companies newly listed (within 12 -36 months of listing) and raising capital for their ventures under a certain market cap, usually take care and see it is in their best interest to report to shareholders at the end of every quarter in the timelines ASX request i.e. 31 March quarter - report due 30 April etc etc for all other quarters.
S66 is 'silent' in the extreme. Do a search on 2018/2019 announcements on the ASX website.
Also, if you look at S66's own website, they don't list any company contact details for shareholders to email/phone etc. When I try to view the S66 website, I am also warned that there are malware issues in accessing the site which I did report to S66 some time ago.
