Still wondering what is taking so long with a simple shareholder meeting date announcement.

Who picks these dates? How can someone get forecasting so wrong when you're looking at a week in advance only.
At present, the first two milestones missed with the "updating acquisition timetable" announcement.
Has anyone phoned Cicero to enquire? (nb: Currently in Mongolia so unable to myself)
