ASX reminds listed entities that they must submit for ASX's review any notice of shareholders' meeting at which a resolution under a listing rule is to be considered (listing rule 15.1.7). ASX may take 5 business days to review a document submitted for review and may extend the time for review. In practice a longer period of time is required by ASX to review notices of meeting, particularly for more complex notices and for matters that call for listing rule waivers.
