I found this little image online which may help explain this further..
Assuming they lodged the notice to ASX on the 31st (date of announcement)... they would have expected the notice to be passed in the 5 business day period (ready by the 6th, 5 b-days thu->wed)
Obviously this didn't happen... but has stated above, the period can be extended...
The image i found shows a 14 day period of time after the 5 days... assuming that the delay will be 2 weeks as indicated here.. the notice of meeting should be provided by the 20th (6th+2wks)
So perhaps you will have your precious notice come Wednesday @bforbennet
Some times things are simply out of managements' hands..
