Its a PRIVATE company.

The website that was mocked up as soon as the announcement was made, was to show that it had a face on the internet.

Most of there current business will be from word of mouth and contacts in the game, and given Mr Fishers background, you would think he has plenty.

Does anyone really think he is going to risk his private company on the ASX for it to fall over after 3 years of hard work?

As @TraderGT has suggested, completing the DD is the biggest risk here.
Once this is over the line i think it will be good times for all
