Star Striker Limited (ASX: SRT) (“Star Striker”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed, to its satisfaction, financial, legal and technical due diligence for the acquisition of Intiger Asset Management Pty Ltd and its associated entities (“Intiger Group”) pursuant to the executed conditional binding terms sheet (“Agreement”).
The Company is now working towards finalising the notice of meeting seeking approval for the acquisition, amongst other matters, for distribution to shareholders in late March as well as issuing a prospectus in respect of the capital raising required as a separate condition precedent to the Agreement also in late March.
