@Dr.Seuss - While that is a possibility, SRT have stuck to their word regarding announcements in the past. Even when MW had only commented that he would be disappointed if they didn't have an acq before Christmas, we still received an announcement on Christmas Eve to assure the shareholders there was a potential acq being processed and a more official announcement would be made by the 15th of Jan, sure enough the announcement was made on the 15th. While they like to leave it to the last minute, they still have a record of delivering on time. It could be an after hours announcement though.
