please correct me if wrong... I have used some round numbers here and there.

the terms of the acquisition are: $2.4M. $250k annual salary to Mark for 3 years. 1 billion performance shares issued in 250M parcels as each milestone is met (milestones at NPAT = $1M, $4M, $11M, $40M).

Lets assume they meet milestone 1 in the first year (sounds achievable... heck, for all we know they might already be there?!)...
NPAT = $1M, shares on issue = 937M ordinary shares + 250M performance shares + 516M (assuming all options converted)
EPS = $1M/1.7B shares = 0.058c/share
Assume P/E of 10 (which I would think is fairly low for a tech outfit)
SP = 58c

...and that's only milestone 1
