I think both MW and guys at Integer have been very clever with this deal... with backdoor listings, many developers of the business do get shares which they are never able to sell anyway as they become management... at times, the heads do get escrowed for two years as well... so the shares with acquisition are actually not available to vendors for years... so keeping that in mind they might not be able to sell there shares by mid 2018 as the deal would take time to be finalised...

Secondly, they would know their product, have access to audited reports, balance sheet, clients etc so they would know it might not be hard to achieve those milestones...

Agree, that something is not right... would that be share price lol... I hope so...

Anyway, lets wait and see
