SRT is being dissected like a Top 100 company atm, we are microcap at best and still at the very early stages of an interesting acquisition. If some posters here were to apply similar processes to some recent shells like NOR, RYG etc those share prices would have never reached the highs they did. I’m sure the prospectus will have the detail along with further company announcements on proposed strategy. I have to agree that the 2c cap raise is a massive drag on the SP and could only think that it was a condition set to guarantee funds available to grow the platform. It would also confirm the sell down we had in the last two days leading up to the Trading Halt. The brokerage firm in the know, IMO has worded up their clients to sell and then take up the offer at 2c. Sophisticated investors are not what we would all like to think, they are punters like you and I who ‘trade / use’ the right private client adviser who then labels them as ‘sophisticated’ and I know this as fact.
