Also, we shouldn't forget that there are 124m shares to be offered in the CR. It sounds like they have strong interest from sophs (industry participants, Intiger stakeholders and clients). If any of these want a decent chunk (say 10-20m), then the CR is really the only way to get those shares. It would only take 1x 10m buyer to get the SP above 2c imo - both by linewiping as well as generating interest from watching traders/market in general.

edit - And yes, I agree with the tadpole in the ocean comment. I don't expect the sophs to think like small time traders like myself and many other HC posters. They really do have a different mindset.
