And to add to that, if MW wants to add to his holding, which we will find out after the offer closes, the prospectus would give him a good opportunity. I doubt he would be able to buy on market at the moment because of the information he is privvy to. Could be wrong but this surely must be a blackout period for director buying. If so, same would apply to other directors (and soon-to-be directors) as well.
