That doesn't make sense.

Given the recent transaction, there are buyers out there willing to pay @$4.5. If I was a branchout share holder, why wouldn't I organise an orderly sale around that price rather than dribble out shares onmarket and receive less $$$.

I've got three possible causes

Sp is being turning over to reduce the price, accumulation.
Shorts gaining momentum
Retail Lemming effect from the above.
