    Yeah that's true that they get 7.5m no matter what, the 5 day VWAP has me confused a bit and am trying to find out why this is implemented. I am wondering who/if it has any bearing on anyone for this placement and why the VWAP is there.

    I did hear the owners of these shares don't want to sell and back the company 100% and work with them to gain clients. That's not to say they might want to take a few off the table.
