    Nothing weird.

    It was a deal strucked between HIO and StarLight about 1/2 year ago at the time sp was lower.

    That was a brilliant deal for HIO shareholders. Soon that 6.03% stake will turn to $150mil worth after the JV deal and off-takes anns.
