I think we are talking about the Resource Consent here (which SMI plan to submit to the fast track process in Feb 2025 - estimated to take 4 months, maybe a little longer if considered "complex").
Once a Resource Consent is issued in NZ then SMI can proceed to mine the area consented, there are no other legal issues
So we could be cleared to mine by July 2025. Will be fascinating to see how the SP goes from there.
