Had read the Annual Report and saw $400k cash level. Addition of facility for 2 million is a benefit and option conversion also good. (I'm not a fan of Acuity Capital however).
@marco33 - I didn't read anywhere saying CR wouldn't be happening, in fact in the March 27th, it states that it could still happen at any time... "Acuity Capital and the CPA do not place any restrictions at any time on Middle Island raising capital through other methods."
Will continue to investigate, but comment was not designed to 'get a cheap entry'. Still plenty of potential upside.
I answered my own query as to the subdued reaction. It's likely Acuity Capital selling.
