Comrades, comrades....Auric is being hard done by for no reason. I thought I might be hitting the vodka the past couple of days with the announcement that Munda is underway.
Its nonsensical, a bit like some of the decisions the boss in St Petersburg is making.
At a time of record gold prices my collective is trying to stay grounded, certain in the knowledge that everything will come home to roost over the coming few months.
Auric management has a record of being conservative. Just look at Jeffreys Find. 30,000 ounces in two years of mining. That's way above what they envisaged.
No reason to think Munda won't be the same. I like to keep the math simple but what if the starter pit pushed out 7500 ounces instead of 6100. You would then be close to churning out $20 million in pure lolly. That's entirely possible which suddenly makes Auric look like something completely different compared to today. That BTW day is not far away.
With equipment on site and a full team in place it will only be a few minutes before overburden is being placed on a waste dump and gold ore on a ROM Pad.
All the pieces to the puzzle are now in place. Find a mill and the whole project is looking very very sexy indeed.
The icing on the cake is Jeffreys Find. I'm hoping that it will throw off $4 to $5 million for Auric. With the gold price like it is that is entirely possible as well.
No reason then to think we won't bank damn close to $20 million before the year is out.
On that basis, and at the very least, my collective sees Auric at 50 cents in the third quarter and at 80 cents by year end.
