Plenty of dilution necessary before production, and numerous uncertainties, like He % (best guess 2% being geographically situated between the two exploratory wells which returned 2%) and gas column is a bit smaller than all 4 exploratory wells with net pay/flow rate unknown.
Real shame they hadn't started here in January but I guess 20/20 hindsight
