They would have factored sales till Dec 22. So, for final year ended March 23 (it is when ours end to match India) you may see $9-$10m more in revenue. Running the contract another year means you are running on older machines, which will probably bring down the depreciation/amortization charge (as you would think they amortise over the original contract life), those machines should be paid off, however maintenance costs will rise. So, calculating the EBITDA would be a little bit more complex for these.
