Maybe RC said - funding for production will be no problem - because GAS may be taken over before that?
My memory is [and I stand to be corrected ] the strategy was to prove up the resource and then wait for the bids
Not certain that RC was thinking of becoming a gas producer albeit that may be different now given the price of gas
