I have never, ever made retrospective claims on TNT. You can see that I've been open about my moves as I've done them, not just later making the claim that I did. For the most part over more than a year I have predicted (before it happened) price declines and testing of specific support/resistance levels (before they happened) and it has gone as I said. You're acting like I just pretended after the fact to have seen it coming. It's all on record, you're more than welcome to read my posts properly since you obviously pay attention anyway.

In any case, it would have been possible to buy on this news for about the same price as yesterday, so it would make someone look more intelligent if they said they bought after the announcement. I actually did consider buying a trading parcel Thursday last week after the chart broke above the downward trend after a double bottom (I'm almost surprised no one said anything about it), but figured I wasn't that keen to chase 8% or so given the risk. As it turns out, just as TNT was testing 10c resistance, this announcement dropped and pushed above - fabulous timing for holders (no, I'm not holding or planning to buy, though short term it looks quite promising).

I'm not sure where this will go in the medium term but it has a good shot at testing 12c resistance. Just looking at the TA, TNT is currently looking very positive, and this announcement will give long-suffering holders a reason to feel optimistic, so I would expect a rise in the share price. It is a little tempting to buy a parcel but unfortunately I'm not currently swimming in spare funds. I'm usually not at around this time of year.

Good luck to everyone, this should make TNT look good for the rest of the year and may even be the turning point for the company if the quarterlies look better than expected. It's likely that until the next quarterly, 10c will be support rather than resistance.
