I would suggest that anyone in this space, eg BCK, MIN etc would be very aware of the BBIG follies and would no doubt have done significant due diligence on Todd Family as well.
Hence their reluctance to get involved in any way with these parties, they would be very well aware of how diplorably Flinders minority shareholders have and are still treated.
Just my thoughts, DYOR.
