Y r u not writing to the Chairman of the Company, Richard Hill? Mr Hill is a New Yorker like the victorious Secretary Clinton and Mr Hill is much better versed in governance, risk and compliance than Dr Duthy given his proximity to New York regulations, securities legislation, risk requirements, compliance statements and other. U might get a response or at least get a reaction from someone that can do something about ur problem.

Sending a letter to Dr Duthy (outside Australia, it is customary to address letters to people using their correct titles) is a waste of time IMHO and u would be better watching paint dry or grass growing or looking at pro-Clinton economic sentiment in NZ and considering emigration to NZ in light of the negative ASX sentiment should Clinton inevitably win as expected 2morrow.
