I have a little feeling that the EPA will be all over the PASS disposal procedure.. Perhaps a few investors on here may want to make sure this bloke is aware of any environmental concerns about the price of PASS, the correct storage of it and any businesses presuming to fail to comply or pay the $70/tonne levy on the cat C PASS.
