IMHO most people in Melbourne hate Pauline because they instantly associate her with racism and don't even know any of her policies. Melbourne is a very multicultural place with a diverse ethnic background so the popular thing is to mock her and many many tv shows have and do possibly more than any politician that I can think of. If you support One Nation in Melbourne you get shouted down. Bendigo is different.

There is a small fraction of Melburnians that support her, they basically get labelled rednecks, and quite a few that recognise that Halal food creates a situation where a religion is basically taxing the food industry to wear it's logo, and everybody who is not of that religion is getting forced to thus pay money to that religion simply to buy that food product.

Melbourne is likely to have more and more Green's in government, but no chance for one nation.

Anyway wrong thread for all that. As far as NAG is concerned, the Greens will only get more and more votes as the two party duopoly crumbles.
