@KevinT99. None of the ZIMC-appointed directors hold any shares or options in Zeus so have no realincentive to make ZIMC a success. According to ZEU shareholders list Daniel Liu appears to owns just 200,000 shares – a paltry A$ 1,600 worth!. (which is just 2 days-ish of his salary)!! They are all totally unaligned with Zeus shareholders. The new proposed directors coming in are at least shareholders andunlike the current mob should be motivated to do deals and do work to get the share price higher.
