I completely agree with your perspective on Acta’s intentions and the importance of protecting the board's integrity. A 16% shareholding does not justify granting them such substantial influence, and their approach seems more opportunistic than beneficial for our long-term vision. Keeping them from gaining board seats is essential. If Acta truly values the company and believes in its potential, they should reflect that with a considerably higher offer. TMZ is dealing with them right now, and no one is happy about it,
