so just asking why would the Board @ 4% and the top 3 @ 35% want a cheap take over?
There isn't the % to achieve it is there?
Would it not be very hard to get consensus?
I like all hate the SP fall but this time I believe its an opportunity and increased holding by 10%.
I acknowledge my bias and others have theirs.
So I'm just asking maths wise how is it even possible as the top 3 are all long time holders which to me means they have demonstrated beliefs .
lastly what's cheap? 1B , 2B ?
