re: Ann: Statement of Claim Against Former Ma... well done Dr, one might think this might open up a can of worms. you would think that QMN lawyers, not the old (in-house) one's, would not have advised them to put forward this claim unless they were confident of the outcomes.

Surprised Mr David Usaz, also being a director of Queensland Mining Corporation, at the time, wasn't also included in some way, as I believe he would have had to approved the renumeration of termination totals based on whatever justifications were put forward.

The outcomes might just open up possible individual claims against directors based on what is presented in court! watch this space
