"IMF said in March this year that it had received many calls from OZ Minerals shareholders seeking to recoup losses related to alleged breaches by the miner of the Corporations Act's continuous disclosure rules.

The litigation funder at the time said there were about $500,000 in claims against OZ Minerals.
IMF says on its website that it provides its services where the claim size is more than $2 million."

That is not a very big claim against OZL and would hardly hurt it. I thought the claim would be much bigger (if it ever came to fruition)

They will of course have to defend against the claim for reasons of integrity and precedent.
