Well, Doyle is just protecting his own interest. Not great for the company of course but Carl D and the rest of the directors should (and could have) settled this ages ago. Now its a lingering and costly sore that hangs over this company. Doyle issue needs to be dealt with, then new capital raised for new project (re-construct if need be) and remove ALL current directors. Clean slating this is only option that may have success otherwise this festering wound will not heal until they finally run out of funds altogether (which, in my mind could be sooner rather than later because I still cannot believe PSL will stick with its underwriting obligations under these circumstances - surely they have a way out based on "significant change in circumstances" or similar language).
