Precisely. Just because the company is not actively trading does not mean they do not need to release information as soon as it comes to light, especially while going through an acquisition. They've had a month and a half to further accumulate shares from impatient holders, who were completely unaware that what they've been offered (and accepted) is now truly unacceptable given the resources.
Just another fine example of the questionable practices & ethics of T2.
