The first point is true, they did have to re-write the prospectus for that very reason. It is the reason why the lisitng didn't take place until about 3 months after it was orignially intended. I pulled out some of my initial investment as the delays kept coming.
The potential of this stock is great and the market huge but I completely agree, it only takes a few others and the competition quickly starts to increase. CXZ currently has the benefit of the first mover advantage so lets hope that the head start they have allows the stock to reach its full potential.
Concerns outweigh my optimism at the moment which is why my holding is currently nothing to write home about.
