Personally I expect that the company's future is now entirely dependent on what Tim Roberts wants to do, given he controls it with him >53% shareholding. One would think it reasonably likely he already has some sort of relationship with Gina - surely all Perth billionaires know each other - so a deal between Atrum and Northback not only makes eminent sense, the commercial connections for one likely already exist.
