i had a sense a settlement was the likley outcome when they couldnt prevent Ms Savage from having to testify.

... and i wonder if due to confidentiality the settlement details are ever entirely public.

will it be $$'s to just go away (this would be my bet), or involve an opportunity to progress the open pit minning application....? (which i doubt... because no one would ever be able to raise the cash to get this to approval, let alone production, ever again)
