    It will be interesting to see how Atrum's lawsuit is affected. Atrum's claim expressly calls out as problematic (and actionable) the three Ministerial Orders that have now been revoked. Perhaps Atrum now pursues loss attached to the project being delayed, plus legal and corporate expenses. Probably still a material number - $50m?? - but nothing like the numbers it had been tossing around.

    It will be equally interesting to see how Atrum's potential ASX delisting is affected. One would assume that Atrum is already working on a submission to ASX arguing that it now has a coal project again, hence it complies with LR12.1 and should come back on for trade. I have difficulty seeing how that argument might not be correct - in which case, we should be again trading on ASX soon enough.
