    No, he wasn’t. With a settlement no trial is required. Without a settlement, trial is required, and it will start in September.

    The Evolve AGM occurred eight days before Atrum’s - maybe that explains it; maybe something changed in the interim? Or maybe they have split the trials. I don’t know.
