The reports in this mornings news about Haggarty talking down WHC. May be trying to soften us all up for the upcoming low ball offer. Interesting, it was only about 12 months ago that the Board was knocking back proposals as "not being sufficiently attractive to warrant recommendation to shareholders" when the share price was around the $5.30 to $6.50 mark.
I know coal prices have come down somewhat but it will be interesting to see how much Tinkler will offer.
